Joff Philossaint began his leadership journey in Haiti, where he co-founded AGALP, a nonprofit organization in Port-de-Paix dedicated to improving education, healthcare, and emergency response for vulnerable populations. From 2009 to 2012, he played a central role in shaping AGALP’s mission and programs, ensuring that underserved families had access to fundamental services. His early work laid the foundation for the values that continue to guide his humanitarian initiatives today.
In 2021, he co-founded the God Hand Foundation, a Miami-based nonprofit dedicated to food security, disaster recovery, and education for underserved communities. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding outreach programs that deliver essential resources, emergency aid, and long-term support to individuals facing hardship.
